Expand the choices and opportunities available for students to fully develop as individuals

• Emphasise social education in schools in order to graduate capable, resilient, ethical adults
• Invest significantly in the provision of vocational, technical, special needs, and gifted education, and in apprenticeships, to broaden opportunities
• Replace school chaplaincy programs with qualified youth and social workers
